Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and the Company ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of our platform. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the service.

1. Service Plans

AO offers two plans: a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan includes 3 deployments and 10 runs per month at no cost. The Pro plan includes 10 deployments, 500 runs per month, and scheduled runs for $20/month.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that features and limits may change as the product evolves.

2. Fees and Payment

The Pro plan is billed at $20 per month. Billing is recurring and will continue until you cancel your subscription.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

3. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver the platform in a way that enables you to deploy your agents to production as described, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted via email. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before issuing refunds.

4. No Guarantees

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance outcomes, or error-free operation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
  • Interfere with platform integrity or security.
  • Reverse engineer or copy core parts of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform remain the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months for the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
